I have been looking for a petticoat like this for-e-verrrrr, and at long last, I've found it! I'm acutally wearing this piece right now. It's the perfect amount of volume for those 50s-style skirts/dresses I like so much. I've got a 24/25 inch waist, and it's a smidgen large on me (fits but doesn't use the elastication, and therefore sinks below the waist a bit), but I can easily pin or sew it to make it fit, no worries. Final answer? It's fabulous!

I bought this to go under the Hepcat or Soda Fountain dress but it didn't work at all. The petticoat is very full and the two dresses didn't have enough fabric to cover the length or the fullness of the petticoat. I also found that the tulle was very rough and itchy (I would probably wear a slip or underskirt to prevent scratching).

The size small fit perfectly, unfortunately I was looking for a petticoat to make my vintage dresses pop, this makes it look like I am wearing a costume, possibly as scarlett o'hara if I only owned a longer skirt. I just can't see wearing this on the street. Be advised, they are not kidding about the volume part.
