When I was an administrative assistant in at my last job, my coworkers and I had a language all our own and quirky traditions other departments didn't understand. And, because we spent a large part of the week together, we understood and accepted each other's personalities very well. That's why when I crafted a plumage-inspired hair clip out of sticky notes, tabs, white out, and a paper clip, my coworkers appreciated my wacky creativity. When I told that story to my fellow Mod Writers, they encouraged me to tell it to the world! Of course, this amazing avian hair clip is much more beautiful than a yellow sticky note one. The peacock hues of teal, indigo, bronze, and iridescent green radiate on each carefully layered feather while a faceted, obsidian colored gem acts as a point from where the "show" starts.
