I love how the velvety waistband gives my waist dimension between the silkiness of the strapless top and the shimmer of the full skirt. Usually, I love dresses that have pockets, because they give me something to do with my hands when feeling awkward at cocktail parties. But I can't help but feel anything but confident when donning this dress, making the pockets an added benefit! I plan on wearing this frock this holiday season with sheer black tights, open-toe stilettos, and lots of sparkling accessories .
