When In Milan Dress

I really wanted this dress because it is a dead lookalike of the Alexander Wang Fitted Corset Dress, for 11th of the price. It is overall a very sexy dress without being too revealing (unless you asked my boyfriend, who asked me if I had any plans on wearing it outside, then groaned when I replied with yes). For those of you thinking about buying this dress, here are a few things to think about: the bust does sit a little funny. I figure a good strapless push-up bra will pretty much solve that in my case (34 B). I do not agree with whoever said here that you can wear this without a bra - I go bra-less on every opportunity, and this is not one of them - the sexy appeal of this dress will be lost if your boobs "fall flat", and the dress is certainly not gonna hold them. another thing is the color - it looks slightly pinkish in the picture, in real life it is champagne with no pink tint. and last - the zipper is not one of the dress's highlights, it is quite course and stands out but not in a good way. upsides - both the lighter and the black fabric do not feel cheap at all, the champagne fabric is quite satiny. and of course it is super sexy!

I bought this dress for my 21st birthday, and absolutely loved it! It's sexy, with a good length, perfect for a night out. Go with a good push-up bra if you're looking for corset style cleavage. If that isn't your desired effect, the neckline is high enough to keep it from being too revealing, as long as your bra isn't very padded. I am really small and typically purchase in XS when I can, I ended up having to get this one taken in about 2 inches in the waist, which in turn made the corset style top sit just right. After alterations it was to die for! My best modcloth purchase so far!

I just received my dress a little while ago and I must say I absolutely love it! It's sexy but very classy. It has a nice quality material and it does not look inexpensive at all. I must agree with some reviews about the dress in bust area not having much support (I'm a 34D), but I don't think its a reason to return the dress. Maybe it fits perfect on women with smaller bust area, but I think this dress will probably look great on almost everyone.The dress looks good with a strapless bra on for those who need some support like I do. I'm 5'4", 170 lbs, busty, small waist, thick thighs. I ordered my dress in Large and its a nice fit. This is my first purchase from ModCloth and I'm very satisfied with it.
