I am undecided about this dress. The fabric is so pretty, the colors and the design are sweet and romantic and I love the extra tier at the bottom. But it's pretty simple for the price, and while it's not unflattering, it is a little blah on my shape so it definitely needs a belt. Besides the basic cut, my only other quibble is that mine arrived with a pooch in front where the gathers were sewn unevenly. It's nothing I can't fix, but again, not something I expect for a $70 dress. That said, the fabric is really charming and the dress is comfortable. I am going to see if I can style it up a little before I decide whether or not to keep it. And I do agree it runs a tad large, I'm usually an XL at Modcloth and the large fits me fine.

This is a really cute dress. The fabric is very soft, and lined. I didn't feel like an old lady as the other reviewer noted - The skirt is flowy and kind of poofy with a ruffle at the bottom, which makes it feel younger. It looks great with the "power of per-suede-sion" boots. I think the price is steep for what it is, but I'm really not disappointed. As the description reads, size down. It hit a couple of inches above the knee. Size small was perfect.

I wanted this dress SO BAD...but it fit like a potato sack :( Also on the longer side, but that's pretty easy to accomplish, me being only 5'1" Hopefully the fit will work for someone else...but SIZE DOWN!
