I absolutely love this dress. First purchase on modcloth and along witha fast delivery its everything I expected. It's fits perfectly and there's no loose threads or manufacturing defaults. The only thing is that the belt sits slightly higher than the elastic line giving a weird vibe to picky people like myself.

I have to return this dress, but it isn't her fault. I'm fairly certain it's my proportions. I'm so very short-waisted. I tried a skinny belt and wide stretchy belt (because that sash was all wrong on me, it looked frumpy). I tried a cardigan and tall boots and flats and a blazer. Nothing made this dress look nice on me. I can't quite put my finger on it. It seemed a tiny bit small in most places, except my bust where it was perfectly roomy. I think sizing up would make it too big in the bust but nice everywhere else. The pattern is okay and the material is average. I was hoping the cut and fit of the dress would make it as great for me as it was for others, but it didn't.

Such an amazing dress. The top runs slightly bigger than expected but still an excellent fit. I'm quite tall so thought that the length would be very short but it isn't too bad. Overall, super happy!
