I am so pumped about this dress, you have no idea! I saw it a while ago and bookmarked it, waiting to have money to get it. I am twice as impressed with it as I thought I would be! I made sure to measure before picking a size, since many people said it (or the Polite Pairing Dress in Fruit) fit funny or was too big. It fits me just right and the length is perfect. If you've read my other reviews, I've mentioned I'm a Swing dancer, so most of my purchases are rated for "Swing-ability" and this one gets a 10! I also apparently missed that it has pockets until I put it on and I LOVE pockets in dresses, so even better! Super excited to rock this with my Fudge Fountain Heels for a Swing NYE event!

When I saw this dress I was inspired to make my first ModCloth purchase. I wasn't sure how the sizes ran, so I used the size chart provided and ordered a small. When I tried on the dress it fit well in the bust, but was way too big in the waist. It was also longer than I expected. I am taller than average and the dress hits well past my knees. I am debating exchanging the dress for an XS, but am worried it will still be too long. Even though the fit was off for me, the quality of the dress was very good.

This was my first ModCloth purchase and my first time buying clothes online but I couldn't resist not owning this dress any longer. I was initially worried about fit but this dress fits like a dream and I'm so happy with my purchase! I got the XL just to be on the safe side because I find fitted waistbands to sometimes run too small but this one fits snug and is just right. The skirt falls bellow my knees (I'm 176cm) which I love and the way the bodice fits a little looser gives an illusion of a more impressive bust :) I was a bit worried about the delivery because sometimes shipping to Australia can take over two wees but this dress arrived just over a week after purchase. I'm so impressed with the quality and fit of the dress and the promptness of delivery, I'll definitely be shopping at ModCloth more often!
