From far away, everyone will see you in this uniquely lace-trimmed drop-tail hem dress. Fully-lined with a sheer top layer, this cool grey frock will flow every which way you move. Cinch it at the waist with the same fabric belt, or choose to accentuate your look with a contrasting belt, a fascinator, and gladiator heels. As you walk away, everyone will see the statement halter back of this dress and will have to know where you got it!

  • Shell: 100% Polyester. Lining: 100% Polyester. Contrast: 43% Rayon, 35% Cotton, 22% Linen.
  • Fabric does not provide stretch. Length measurement taken from front. Back runs approximately 8 inches longer than front.
  • Hand wash cold. Do not bleach. Lay flat to dry.
  • Fully lined. Button closure at back of neck. Additional button included. Removable sash ties at waist.

This dress is very adorable and well made. Unfortunately, it just does not work if you have a small bust size or a petite frame in general. Don't get me wrong, it should feel like it has a lot of "extra" fabric, so that when you tie the waist, you get the cute pleating effect that you see in the picture, but the top was just too baggy that I got lost in it. The low back hit in just the right spot, but again was just too baggy. The dress is really well made, though and would look great on the right body type.

I just received this dress and I love it! Sophisticated yet dramatic, it seems to be a dress that would be great for a huge range of situations. I have had a few misses with modcloth in the last year, but I am delighted with this dress. The price made me pause, but I find the quality quite good. The fabric doesn't give, just as the description states, and I like this because it means it fits well and moves nicely on the body. I also love that it fits as a loose garment yet makes my figure look very svelte, especially with the heels that the length calls for. A fantastic dress for taller girls!

LOVED this dress! Wore it to a wedding and got a great deal of compliments! I wanted a Medium, but they were sold out, and I didn't want to pass this up. Medium would have fit better with the straps of the back, but the L worked as well. Pops of color really made it work. Crimson red peep toes, matching bangles, and earrings. A deep wine would have been great as well!
