  • Shell fabric does not provide stretch. Lining fabric provides stretch. Elasticized waist provides approximately 6 inches of stretch. Length measurement taken from right shoulder to shell hem. Front layer measures 7 inches longer than shell hem.

I think this dress is great. It fitss very nicely and isn't too revealing. It is a bit short, but nothing too bad. Part of the top did seem a bit looser than the other part, but since the fabric is so flowy it's hardly noticeable. Like previous reviewers, I think the dress would look great with some silver accessories, as the sparkles in the fabric are silver. In the picture however, I merely styled it with my pair of purple heels.

I LOVE this dress. I can't put into words how AWESOME this dress is. The only thing is that it's more purple and cold in color than the warm, wine-like color in the image. But for me the slightly more cold purple looked so much better anyway. It's shiny and it worked perfectly as a new-years dress. It's also very comfortable. I wore it with a pair of long silver earrings and I got so many compliments!

Bought it for a party, and it was perfect. I got compliments all night long. I was worried the lack of definition around the shoulders would make my arms look pudgier, but it looked great. Hugged the right curves and hid the ones that should stay hidden. Looks great paired with shiny, silver accessories, especially a thin belt and silver tights.
