It says that the waist runs small but it's not really the waist. It's the part that comes together right where your bra line is. I wear a 36c or 34d in a bra and it fit me right there perfectly snuggly in the size medium. If you're top heavy or have a large rib cage I'd say go ahead and do the size up but really it seemed to fit me like any other average size medium and I'm glad I didn't get the large! :)

Cute! I got this for my birthday. =) It looks thin on top, but it's not see through, and no bra is necessary. It does gap open a little more up top than it does on the girl in the picture, but I don't mind.

This dress is very pretty and feminine. It has a traditional Japanese feel to it but with the right accessories this can either be played up or down. I'm just waiting for the weather to warm up so I can wear it.
