This dress is looking for a lovely, stylish individual to wear it. Complete with cuffed sleeves, a white and lacy ruffled collar with decorative buttons, a fully lined skirt, and comfy smocked waist, this frock is just what you need to color up your wardrobe. This sapphire blue dress is available anytime to wear with strappy wedges, a straw hat, and a vintage shoulder bag!

  • Self: 100% Cotton. Lining: 100% Polyester.
  • Shell fabric does not provide stretch. Lining fabric provides stretch. Shirring at waist provides approximately 6 inches of stretch.
  • Hand wash cold separately; color will bleed. Do not bleach. Hang to dry.
  • Partially lined. Sheer top. Decorative front buttons. Tabs at shoulders with decorative buttons. Additional button included.

the color and details of this dress is amazing! at least on my shape it ran a little on the large side, i probably could have gone with an XL and still had room but who doesn't like a little extra breathing room! love love love this dress. side note: it does not pass the bend over test, so tights, leggings, or something extra underneath is a MUST.

I LOVE this dress. Usually I'm iffy about dresses with predetermined waistlines, as sometimes they just don't work well with my figure...but this dress is very flattering! I bought it for a friend's Christmas party and it was great. It's flowy and fun and as I'm short I didn't have a problem with the dress being shorter as some other reviewers had. It looks good with heels but I think it would look good dressed down with some fun boots or flats, too. And some tights.

This moment I saw this dress, I was in love. I had to have it. So when it finally came back in stock, I didn't hesitate to buy it and I'm so glad I did! The dress is as perfect as I imagined it would be. The material is soft and light. The colour is vibrant. The detail is adorable. I found the length to be just right on me (I'm 5'5) and the elastic band sits slightly above my waist, giving me a really nice silouette. Whenever I wear this dress, everyone compliments me. Best buy I've ever made on ModCloth.
