Ruffles on the boob add bulk rather than highlighting the chest.

I'm so sick of the flappy tops, sinched waist, flowy bottom. However, I like this pattern.

The top makes it look like one spaghetti strap sleeves broke and instead of simply repairing, the other was ripped to "match."
