Certain parts of the dress I like, but the entire look together is a little confusing.. plus that fabric stinks

The print isn't quite up my alley, but I love the top half of this dress too much to pass on it, and those pockets are darling. You would just need a belt to cover up that smocking; I'm not sure why it's there. It disrupts the easygoing shape of the rest of the dress.
