I dont get it, people skip such cute dresses and pick it up ugly dresses...

The fabric is kind of cute, but on this dress with the ruffles and that high waistline- it looks old and ugly. But, if I found this at a yard sale for like $3- and I did a lot of accessorizing- then I might be able to work. But why would I even bother? It's just not that cute.
