i went back and forth on this one for a minute, but ultimately decided to skip it for one reason and one reason only: sweatshirt material, in my experience, does not make a very good skirt. it has no weight or structure, and can cause some pretty horrific wardrobe malfunctions unless it's fitted weighted and blessed by the pope. i LOVE the fabric on top, however, and the color scheme is o.k. (although i agree that pulling that beige, or a more complimentary color from the pattern on top to the skirt would be much more attractive). if it wasn't for the material the skirt was made out of i'd say pick it.
