The skirt's cute. The color of the top is cute- and it works with the color of the skirt, but the design of the top is all wrong. It doesn't work.

It looks like it wants to be fitted at the waist, but its not quite.

The top seems too heavy to be paired with the floaty skirt and I could do without the napkin tucked into the waist.
