Lower the neckline, brighter color and not as deep of a V on back.

This one-incredibly boring! Blah-no color to speak of, unwearable due to it having no back! Where is the color? If this had a back to it and made with same wave stripes in a bright color like Purple on sheer-like stretchy net with a lining-very cute and very wearable! As it is-don't like it at all
