I believe having the bodice closer to the skirt color would help. Also, wider shoulder straps would improve the shape. I do love the tangerine color of the skirt and the lace edging at the hem. I hope the designers will go back to the drawing board and improve this one as it does have lovely elements.

Replace the dangly ribbon at the waist with a contrasting belt.
