I am completely over the hems that drop in the back and I wish cut outs would disappear. I do like the fabric and the top.

Sorry, no on every level. It looks like an over sized T-shirt with the sleeves cut off. The only people who can carry off the horizontal stripes are curvy, very slender and tall girls. Not for me.
