I love it! Would buy it in an instant!
The hemline looks like they were trying to do something special to this otherwise unremarkable dress. I wouldn't like it with a normal hemline, but seriously, it's a fail. The pattern on the top is cute, but the belt does not tie it with the skirt IMO. Maybe with a slim skirt in black or red?
