great colour combo. needs a different waist design. maybe a bow-tie at the collar would be cute, or a bow-tied sash at the waist, just to jazz it up a bit

I love the colors together, but the elastic waist makes the bottom half of the dress look extra bulky. Trade the elastic with a thin, brown belt and add a cardigan for the breeze. This is a dress with potential.
