I don't know if I like the vertical stripes on the skirt. I would prefer a black skirt, and, I'm not sure but, maybe it would be better as a pencil skirt.

Neon colors on black are not, and never have been, a good idea. It's tacky, and it leaves a bad taste in my mouth. Also, sheer fabrics irritate me.
