I wish I had been able to vote on this one. This is adorable. Would wear wear this as a tunic I think, with black leggings. On me it would be much too short as a dress.

I like, this! The collar is great, just wish the tux detail continued down the skirt or was changed to something else. Wonder why voting was already turned off.
