This is a do-nothing-for-you cut. There's not really anything flattering about it for anyone. If the sleeves were retooled with some kind of puff, or flutter, I might give it a second look. As is, it's just too matronly.

Katie is right. It looks a bit grandma-ish. And extending the color under the arms is a poor choice.
