The design doesn't work with the fabric and vice-versa, but it was a fashion risk to combine them! And I like fashion risks, it what leads to new styles.

I agree with Amanda. It has a nice vintage touch. cute. Maybe the ruffles will not be flattering on a woman but otherwise it looks pretty cute. :)
