I'm very disappointed that this didn't make it! Maybe it could be brought back for a re-vote? I love the bold pattern, colours, and functional but flirty layered skirt. The only thing I think could possibly be changed is the neckline; make it a V-neck to match the angled hem of the hankercheif skirt overlay. I think It's be perfect to hide lumps and bumps at the waist and hips.
