Really like this, but t would be better was a top, I think. Also, if the color behind the buttons were the same color as the collar. Also, continuing with that thought, if the dress was the same color as the one behind the buttons with that same color collar. That would be cute.

Everything seems too plain and blocky - the large bejeweled collar seems so out of place too.
