I luv it. But maybe make the collar and pockets a different color/material and add a belt. Also, the area that runs from under the arms to the waist looks a little bunchy. It needs a really clean silhouette there. I would wear this with burgundy tights, ankle boots, possibly a colorful winter scarf, oh, and maybe some burgundy fingerless gloves to bring it all together.

I like the idea, but it looks a little frumpy with so much gathering at the waist with little definitely in the top.
