This dress was adorable! I don't get why people are saying this is too busy. I love the symmetry between the different colours and sizes of stripes, and the polka dots!

Modcloth really need to start making details go all the way around their clothing. Lots of things at the moment only have details (like the waist on this) at the front. It makes it look cheap. The shape and style of this are cute though. Although I might get rid of the green section and just have a spotty skirt.
