the scallops are darling!!!!! please please please please please pick it. i love dresses with square necklines! they are very 1920s and 30s its very theatrical! and i adore the empire waist line! those and a lines are all i can wear.... i and many other girls are oddly shaped and finding flattering dresses are even harder. but it is simply divine in every aspect. i like the red color too. red is one of the only colors that looks good on me. please mod stylists... don't let me down
