This would look better as a maxi as opposed to a high low hem. with the stripes and it's just not suited for such an organic shape of hem. It looks wrong.

SO COOL! The colors look amazing together, the hi-lo hem is so elegant, the tassel belt is fabulous, and the neckline is just low enough

The hemline is... odd, and the tassles on the belt aren't my thing, but I really like the colors and pattern.
