Is it just me, or are the little ruffles in a weird position? It's not a bad dress, I just feel like there's something slightly off about it.

Ok, so some people are saying that "They don't need help accentuating their hips" or "don't think it would be flattering on a curvy girl". Um, HELLO! Not everyone has your body type. I'm a freaking ruler, so I need some hips.
