I like everything except the bottom -- it just hangs weird and the length makes it look like a slip. I'd cut the bottom part in half (about knee length) and make it more drapey/feminine. Then I'd pair it with tall boots and red lipstick which would make a stunning contrast to this dress' colour. And some gold-tone accessories.
