This looks cheap, and I just don't like anything about it, from the pattern, the fabric, the design, or the color combo

Sequins, thin skirt fabric, elastic waist, and those straps make this dress look very cheap.

I love how unique the zig zags are, and the way the hem kind of goes with the zig zaggy them. I, however, would not pay $70.
