skirt is a little to short, but I think it's a cute dress...

the low v shaped back is alluring, the shimmery overlay chiffon is just the right amount of shimmer. i dislike the waistline since i prefer a natural waist. the skirt is indeed a little short but that doesn't mean people won't wear it. just not me.

So cute. I love the shape and the cut and the design, I just wish it was in a brighter color, maybe hot pink or coral!
