I like stripes, and the bows are a nice touch. I agree that the waist should be straight across instead of dipping down in the front; as it is, it would look like you were wearing a messed-up bathing suit.

Take off the bows and add a little length and this dress would be perfect. It looks very summery. Though I must say, it would probably look better if the waist was an even line all the way across and not dripped down in the front.
