I personally think the tulle at the bottom is a nice accent, it would tie in nicely with black heels of any kind. Maybe dress it up with light jewelry.

I don't like the tulle on the bottom, but picking it anyway. I suppose that could be removed.

Tulle on the bottom needs to go bubbye, and although I don't hate the gold-ish color, I don't think it would be flattering the the majority of people.
