Cute! The neckline and the sleeves are great! Other Robin you're wrong, the fabric may not be that lively but it's adorable and would make a great addition to the summer wardrobe.

I like the design of the dress, the silhouette, but the fabric is kind of drab..... If it was a solid gray, okay, I'd go for it but the print is just dull.
