The ruffle on the bottom ruins the dress.

Geat colour. Looks like a comfy jersey knit. Well proportioned and details work well together. I think the ruffles work.

I just can't do the ruffle on the bottom. It's like a dress that tried to be sophisticated but failed...like a little girl trying on her mom's high heels. The ruffle just doesn't fit in with what you had going on the top.
