I think this dress would be just as cute and I'd more likely purchase it if it had the other shoulder strap attached to it. It you like the a-symmetrical look I'd say use a ribbon instead of the same sleeve.

The ruffle strap is probably a bit too much and would prevent someone from wearing a jacket with it. The ruffle on the bust is quite enough, but I adore the pattern!
