The neckline's too high, and ditch the ruffles and make the underlayer white or a solid colour. I'm a sucker for lace, so my not liking this is baaaad.

Ditch the elastic waist and make the under dress a solid color like royal blue and it would win me over. Like this, not so much. That ruffly thing at the bottom has got to go too. >w<
