This dress is super cute. It looks a bit different than the photo. Two things to be aware of when thinking of purchasing this dress are 1) The straight, pencil-like side is very non forgiving of shape. If you are like me and have a less-than-smooth stomach, the slim fit will not disguise your extra tummy. However the part of the dress around the back has a very nice elasticity to it. 2) The ruffley "ripples" were very wrinkled when I opened it (which is to be expected). It is organza material so it might be tricky, but I plan to iron the ruffles so they look more even for when I wear the dress. Overall it is excellent quality and SUPER cute. May be slightly short depending on what you're looking for. It is perfect for me and I am 5'3".

i bought this dress to wear for New Years, and it was perfect for the occasion. the material was not as shiny as i expected, but i loved the dress anyway. i am very small (5'1, 100 lbs) and so i actually had to sew the top half of the dress so that it would stay up all night! i love this dress and will wear it for many more occasions.

I can see why there would be trouble with the bust being too big; I felt it fit me perfectly but being a D cup I have trouble with busts always being too small. I can't usually size up because I have a petite rump and then the lower half is always way too lose. Even with such measurements the skirt part of this dress was rather snug so basically this dress would really only work with someone with a big bust and small rear, and would likely be a bad fit otherwise. I think it is really well made and the material was necessarily "cheap" but actually made the dress extremely comfortable to wear, a huge bonus in my book. The ruffles are awesome and are basically where your money is going.
