I loved this dress the second I saw it and I bought it right away overnight shipping. I just got it and am currently wearing it. But I'm torn. I'm a fairly small girl but I have a little more on the bottom and a long torso. I would say that if you have a really long torso this is not the best dress for you. It stretches me out a lot which would be ok except the size of my hips make me look a little odd. If i keep the dress I'm going to wear it with some really high heels to balance out my proportions. The top half will look fabulous on anyone I think I'm in love with the bodice and the straps. The materials a little different than what I expected, a little more stretchy, but still nice. Overall a lovely dress, maybe just not for me. If you're curvy all over or petite all over it'll work great but for girls like me with a curvy bottom and a petite top have a backup dress.

Curves ahead! Ahem, can we say bombshell?!? The purple on this dress is eye catching without being obnoxious. It's such a great color! The kick pleat in the back is cute and thoughtful; a lovely detail where some might have just gone with a straight hem. This dress hits just below my knee but the form fitting nature of it still makes the dress super sexy. Still, it's very ladylike and I love the detail at the neckline. Just be careful with your bra straps where the strap of the dress meets the cup of the dress; they might show but I'm sure you could get a demi-cup bra or somehow pin your bra straps to the dress so they don't reveal themselves and you end up fidgeting and pushing them back every so often. This is an easy fix :) You will definitely get some looks on this dress. If I'm nuts enough to teach in this dress, I have a cute black blazer I can throw over it. But this is definitely a date night or a "Hello everyone at my high school reunion who used to make fun of me" dress, ha-ha! In all seriousness though, this dress is very well made and worth the price! You are definitely channeling Bettie Page with this one!

This dress is fantastic. I would usually be a medium, but there were none left so I got the last large. Turns out as the material is stretchy that the large is just fine. As I am very short I will need to get it taken up slightly - but I have to do this with most dresses anyway. Is a super dress for curvy ladies.
