Pull Up a Cherry Dress

I LOVE THIS DRESS!!! I had a bit of trouble at first when I ordered size Medium, couldn’t zip it up over by chest. Heartbroken, I sent the Medium back and put myself on the waiting list for a Large. The Large arrived and it fits perfectly! The shoulder straps are a touch long, but I may not even need to get them taken in. The material is good quality soft cotton blend with a touch of lycra for some stretch. There is plenty of fabric in the full skirt - perfect for adding a crinoline peeking out of the bottom. I wore it to an event this weekend and received a ton of compliments!! Can’t wait to wear it again!!

I am sooo very glad I jumped on this dress right away! I LOVE IT! I am very impressed with the heavy cotton and length! Most rockabilly dresses on the inexpensive side are $65 and up to $220! This is a steal! I wish I could wear it everyday!

This dress is just as beautiful in person as it is online! Fit - The S fit just right for me, however I am lucky the back had elastic stretch as it only just zipped up. I have a slightly larger than average ribcage and this dress also has bust padding sewn into the cups. The shoulder straps were a bit long for me, but I always have this problem. They are easy enough to shorten though. The length is just right, falling above the knee. Style - The waist is empire line and sits higher on my natural waist but the skirt falls to give you a nice curve! It is a full skirt so it may overwhelm a petite frame with excess fabric, but I could see it flattering pear shaped ladies. Quality - I was really amazed with the quality of the fabric for the price of this dress. It is a stretchy cotton and is beautiful and thick. The colours are bright and vibrant. The fabric doesn't wrinkle easily, it is un-ironed in my pictures. The foldover at the bust in my dress was lopsided as seen in my picture. This was a flaw in workmanship of my particular dress and the reason for dropping a star for quality and overall rating. I would not hesitate giving it a full five stars if this was not so. This dress would be totally worth getting - great price, quality, style and with a unique cherry print!
