Love love love this dress! It's chic and classy. It did turn out to be a bit shorter then I originally expected but still appropriate to wear to work. The quality of the fabric is actually much better then I originally expected. Definitely one of my favourite modcloth purchases.

I loved this dress from the day it showed up on Be the Buyer! This dress is exactly what is shown on the mannequin. I was worried the collar might be difficult, but it lies just perfectly with no effort. The material is a decent weight, so you won't be cold in it this fall and winter. It's also fully lined, which is fantastic. The fit is great - I'm usually between a Small and a Medium, so I ordered the Medium and it fits comfortably, maybe a hair too big (making it true to size). Also, the sash with the bow is adjustable, so can accentuate your waist. The bow was also really easy to tie and make it look nice - it's also made of a thick material like the dress, so it retains it's shape well. The length is what I expected - about two inches above the knee. A good work length, and I work in a pretty conservative environment. I can't wait to pair this with Avoir, être, faire flat in Glamor and some fun patterned tights for a great fall night out! P.S. - Thanks Modcloth for the free headband!

I have to say, I'm kind of disappointed in this dress. It fits tight across the shoulders/under the arms (and I do NOT have broad shoulders), and the belt is way too short to make it look like it does in the picture. Also, on mine the fabric on the neck was sewn at a different level on each side, so not only does it not sit straight across like it does on the picture, but on one side it actually falls open enough to clearly expose my bra. I'll definitely be doing some creative steaming/stitching/bra shopping to get the neckline to sit properly, but other than that quality is pretty good, it's fully lined, and it seems well made (and office appropriate).
