Modern Day Royalty Dress

This was one of my first Mod Cloth purchases and I loved it! It fit well, except that I ordered a M which turned out to be small for my shape/big bum. I have since learned that I have to buy L on Modcloth (though almost no where else?) and most of the time, the top is hit or miss, but I deal with it. So, I think that if you are a "true" medium, then this dress will fit you perfectly! The quality is also great, and the color is pretty true to what I expected based on the description/picture. Overall, I think this is a great dress, but there's one hitch for me: I'm a college student and I find that I mostly need daily (more relaxed, but stylish) clothes or dressy, going out clothes. This is a dress that's a little more like a work dress or a work-party type dress. It's for an elegant, professional occasion that I don't have very many of these days! So, I returned it, but not because I didn't really like it -- just no room in the closet for clothes I won't have occasions to wear. Hope this helps!

Love this! More purple in person. Received many compliments when I wore this. Great for big chested girls. Great length. Classy cut. Shapes the body well, not too tight nor loose. A must have piece for your wardrobe.

Great dress that can be worn to work and out. The reason I didn't give it five stars is because it runs a little big. I wear it with a belt because otherwise it looks too potato-sacky and, like another reviewer said, makes me look like I have a stomach pooch. Otherwise it's great and the quality is excellent. I'd recommend it for those with larger busts as there is plenty of room up top and it's flattering.
