  • Fabric does not provide stretch. Length measurement taken at side hem. Front drape runs approximately 10 inches longer than side hem.

As noted in the other reviews the dress is not the slightly teal colour but a very green colour. It is very close to Hunter Green. And as others have noted it is a wrap style dress i.e. there are strings on the inside of the dress to tie it together and button to hold the outsides together-- if you unfasten both it opens up to where you could flash someone. The fabric is nice and does not feel cheap. If you have smaller breasts then be aware that you will not fill the top out and could have potential gapping problems (recommend fashion tape). The one downfall is that it would be nice to have another discreet button on the dress to fasten it tighter though this could be remedied by a tailor easily. The dress comes up to about 1" -1.5" above the knees in the back where the front at the longest reaches about 2" below the knee. Overall, the dress is very nice and a good compromise between casual and formal-- I would recommend the dress itself though the photo could be more accurate.

First off: this dress is NOT the colour in the photo, it is a trick of the flash which also happened when I took a photo. It is more the 'grass' green of the description (I would call it emerald). Also, whilst this was just about the right size at my waist, it does not feel well with my large-ish boobs. Even with tying the waist tie as tight as possible, it fell too low so my bra was visible. This is not ideal for the wedding I plan to wear it too. There are also gaps around the armpits. I am hoping I can have it adjusted (and have the bust sewn closed to a modest level) successfully because it is a lovely colour and generally flattering.

This dress fits like a dream. The fabric is nice and light while also having a nice weight to it, and the somewhat adjustable nature (it's a wrap-style dress) meant I could cinch it a little tighter around my waist. It's beautiful and I can't wait to wear it.
