Its deep blue blossoms look elegant against the billowing, off-white fabric - their hues play beautifully with the striking black sash and scalloped trim.   • Shell, Lining, and Trim: 100% Cotton.
  • Fabric does not provide stretch. Length measurement taken with skirt untied. Shirring at back provides approximately 4 inches of stretch.
  • Machine wash cold. Do not tumble dry. Do not bleach. Do not dry clean. Hang to dry recommended. Iron low on reverse.
  • Fully lined. Removable sash ties at waist. Hidden ties under skirt to adjust length.

The blue really pops and the length is perfect. If you're busty like me, it is a little snug pulling the dress over the "ladies," but otherwise, I'm thoroughly pleased with it. Got tons of compliments and all sorts of questions about where I bought it. My love affair with Modcloth continues!

I just got my dress today in the mail- and it's gorgeous! it's my first purchase from Mod Cloth, and it will not be my last! Good quality, beautiful pattern, and very flattering on my figure. The best part has to be the whimsical skirt- the shirt hits right above my knees then tied up, and mid calf then untied. I can easily wear this dress to the office with a shrug, then out dancing later that night. I would highly recommend this dress for any girly girl!

This dress is gorgeous! It is fitted in the bust and waist, so accentuates those areas, but the A-line shape and gathers are perfect for girls who are pear-shaped (like me). The blue color of the flower pattern is beautiful. It was a little bit long on me - the gathers hit me just past the knee - but short enough that it looks fabulous and not at all frumpy when paired with heels. My boyfriend flipped for it!
