I saw that this dress had a couple rotten reviews and I was a little nervous, but my love for the dress over came that fear and i sent for the dress.
And when it arrived let me just tell you .... I loved it.
Yes it came in a bag, and yes it had to be pressed, but just about everything you order in the mail is going to need to be pressed/ironed. It should be expected.
Once it was pressed it looked stunning on, it hit me just about an inch above the knee and fit like a glove. My boyfriend is very fond of the open back.
As far as costumer service goes, I have never found a website easier to work with. I ordered a dress earlier and there was issues with the shipping and they did everything they could and even refunded my shipping when i told them not to. So i hope people reading this still come to Modcloth. It's really fantastic.

i was a bit worried ordering a dress this expensive after reading some of the reviews, but i just received the dress in the mail today and i am so happy i ignored the bad comments!!!! this dress is so silky and beautiful! i'm 5'3" and i ordered a small...and i definitely don't think it's too short. i don't have a very large chest (34A) but even with the weight of the flowers on front, i don't feel like my chest would be exposed if i bent over.. besides, in a dress you should be bending down at the knees ladies, not over at the hips! the button on the back was securely sewed on, as are the flowers and ruffles on front. i can't wait to show this dress off!

I was really nervous buying a dress online since I have never bought any piece of clothing online before. My measurements are a bit strange seeing that I am a 34DD at the bust. When I calculated my size through the website, it said that I was a B cup size. After I called the customer service, she insisted that with a difference like that, I should just go with my size and that it would be beneficial to purchase both a Large and a Medium because of the free returns and exchanges. When I received it, it was wrinkled, but nothing that would deter me from the website. After thinking that I was going to be a large, I was pleasantly surprised to find out I was a medium. It fits perfectly, and obviously I can't wear a regular bra with the dress, which scared me, however I don't think I have ever felt so comfortable NOT wearing one. I AM IN LOVE WITH THIS DRESS!
