I really like this! The only thing I didn't love was the shoulder detailing which I thought made my shoulders look a little wide. And the buttons up the chest pull a little, but I might stitch the two pieces together there to keep it from pulling since I like the dress otherwise. The color isn't my favorite - it's sort of a nondescript beige - but the pattern is different. Also this is one of the highest quality things I've bought on modcloth, so even though it's expensive I felt better about this than I normally do. Overall quite flattering to a short and curvy figure

Oh how I love this dress. Hit right above the knees and it's light and flowy. Still need to wear nude undergarments or a slip though - note the color of the dress. I love the plain color though, with a dress this busy/eccentric with pattern I feel that it needs a soft color to tone it down. The little details are just darling. For some reason I thought that the beading on the collar would be plastic or wood. It's actually this spongey material but it doesn't look bad at all. The dress looks awesome when paired with a brown belt and brown boots. It came with extra buttons which was great since the buttons are covered with the same fabric as the dress. It's a very light dress, but made very well. Fantastic quality. So yes, it's pricey but the quality and pattern made it worth it.
